I plan to use this site for whatever I feel like using it for. Maybe I'll use it like a scrapbook, or just something to doodle my interests and thoughts onto. It doesn't really have a particular theme, it's just for whatever strikes me. Maybe for science, comedy, venting frustrations, electronic cigarettes, music, videos, news and events, politics, games, art, literature, religion, computers, software, electronics, health and drugs, science fiction, errors in society, looking into the future, or just general chit-chat from the peanut gallery. If you join my site you will have access to a Members Only Forum, which is hidden from general visitors.
About The Pages:
You can access the pages on this site by using the handy menu tabs running horizontal across the top of any page [Elementary my dear Watson]. As I add pages I will explain their purpose a little more as follows...
Home
You're reading it now. Not much else to say there.
Game Portal
An introduction to my favorite place to play web games... MiniClip.com. The page has an arcade menu to choose
games from. After choosing a game you will be redirected to the MiniClip.com website to play the game. ALSO,
since racing games are my favorite, below that arcade menu is a list of MiniClip racing games. I wanted to be able
to load the games on a clean HTML page with nothing else around it, because the games run better that way... Just
click on the button links to open those pages.
E-Cig Zone
Page explains what an electronic cigarette is, explains various things for newbies, and has a list of my favorite E-Cig
suppliers. I'll add more information as I go along.
Favorite Links
A list of sites I find useful or interesting.
Downloads
Theres' no telling what I will put on that page, but currently it is the download links to the songs playing in the
website media player, and an eJuice Calculator XLR file I built using the Microsoft Works 6.0 Spreadsheet
application.

A little about Me:
I'm just an average Joe, or at least I think I am, who likes to explore the internet. I'm a 42 year old white male living in the U.S.A., North Carolina. I'm married with 2 step-sons. I work for [sorry, not allowed to say] where I am a Night Computer Operator [nickname = Data Jockey]. I usually sleep during the day and stir in the night, a lifestyle I've been doing for nearly 23 years. It's normally a nice, pleasant, quiet and easy-going life, but it still has it's hiccups from time-to-time.
As far as religion goes, I don't use a religious belief system nor do I believe in any supernatural things. I use to, but I guess you could say I sort of snapped out of it when I had a reality check. If there is something I really want an answer to, then I prefer to reach for the scientific explanation. Everybody has their own answer to the grand question of, "Is there a god?", but I don't have an answer. Most Gods are linked to a spiritual connection which exists beyond reality. I can't go to such a fictitious place and collect the necessary data to answer that question. I require more than spiritual emotional support, more than what somebody said in a book, more than what your Pastor says, more than what Theology dictates, and definitely more than what Faith offers. I require evidence, real evidence, hard core physical facts, investigations, measurements and tests which can definitely repeat the results no matter who you are. I only see one type of spirit... the human spirit within the mind, your drive, your inspiration, or your attitude.
As far as politics go, I've tried many times to get into the subject, but just like some religions do, it causes more division amongst the people. To be honest, I see all politicians as slithering snakes who claim the grass they run through to be greener than anybody else's. They talk-the-talk, but they never walk-the-walk. I wish the world could be ran without politics, poverty, war and human government, but as long as money and scarcity continues to run our lives we are destined to be a primitive civilization and a complete failure.
What is my moral code?... It's simple really... Don't hurt me and I won't hurt you. I'm mostly speaking in terms of physical harm, but I would like to include feelings too. It's hard to include feelings since everybody has their own quirks and pet peeves. You're free to practice behavior around me that may be offensive to others, but just don't direct that behavior toward me... do it behind my back and keep it a secret, okay? - The most offensive behavior I have trouble ignoring is bigotry and that really hurts. I still don't understand why some people do it, but it appears they do it without realizing it sometimes. So let's be clear on what bigotry is - Bigotry: stubborn and complete intolerance of any creed, belief, or opinion that differs from one's own; the actions, beliefs, prejudices, etc., of a bigot; narrow-mindedness, bias, discrimination; - And, yes I'm sure I'm guilty of some bigotry myself in the past. BUT, what concerns me the most these days is the extreme bigotry like... religious bigotry, racial bigotry, sexual orientation bigotry, and excessive righteous bigotry from those who think they are "better than thou". Being generally ignorant is okay with me, but don't preach it like a fact... Know what I mean? - In the event I do hurt your feelings and it really bugs you, then bring it to my attention. We'll talk about it, okay? Many times I just say silly things to be funny and I really don't mean any harm by it... It's how I deal with anger and frustration sometimes. I am capable of apologizing and I usually do if the person in question earns my respect. Yes, it has to be earned, not given freely.
